We invite you to support the Lesbian Fund as we near our fundraising goal of $15,000 by September 1.

When we reach this goal, these funds will be matched by the Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors “Cultures of Giving” Program funded by the Kellogg Foundation. This means an additional $15,000 to support critical issues in our community such as:

• Connexus, an African American LGBT program hosted by Diverse and Resilient, which focuses on identifying and addressing the interests of Milwaukee 's African American LGBT population

• “It Takes a Team: An Education Campaign for LGBT Issues in Sports,” an anti-homophobia initiative directed by Images of Us Sports

• Womynz Empowerment, under the guidance of the LGBT Community Center's Project Q, which serves as an educational and social outlet for LGBT-identifying young women and girls
