Social Change Exchange, November 17

Please join us on for a Social Change Exchange on Tuesday, November 17, 2009 from 10:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. at the Italian Community Center on 631 E. Chicago Street. This event takes place immediately before the 20th Annual Women & Public Policy Luncheon.

The Social Change Exchange is a space where the Women’s Fund and its grant partners will engage in an honest discussion about leadership. According to Business Week, in most studies involving 360-degree feedback, women leaders are considered either equally or more effective than their male counterparts. Then why aren’t there more? And, why do many female leaders of color feel they have to be “150% as good” just to break even with their white male counterparts?
